Homecoming Brass
The band marked the Year of Homecoming with a concert in St Andrew's In The Square in Glasgow's Merchant City on Sunday 5th April.
Homecoming Scotland 2009 celebrates the 250th anniversary of Robert Burns birth. It also celebrates some of Scotland's great contributions to the world: golf, whisky, great minds and innovations and Scotland's rich culture and heritage.
The band performed a programme of music celebrating Burns, Scotland, and Scotland's place in the world. Special guests for the evening were a 10-piece brass ensemble conducted by Eric Dunlee, trumpet player with the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra.
